By submitting this application you agree to abide by all University of Technology Jamaica student housing policies and regulations.

1. Residents must maintain acceptable standards of conduct at all times within the halls of residence.

2. Room assignments are made at the discretion of Student Housing based on availability and disclosed medical needs.

3. Residents are responsible for the care of their assigned room and common areas.

4. Housing fees must be paid in full by the published deadline each semester.

5. Failure to comply with hall regulations may result in immediate removal from university accommodation.

6. UTech reserves the right to amend these conditions with reasonable notice to residents.
